Technical Director / CTO

⚙️ Set the technical direction for commercial and industrial solar installations.

This role brings together system design, equipment selection, engineering coordination and performance verification.

Technical leadership

  • Review PV layouts, system sizing and generation assumptions.
  • Coordinate structural, electrical and grid connection assessments.
  • Evaluate supplier submissions and contractor designs.
  • Define commissioning tests and acceptance requirements.
  • Guide engineers through technical decisions and project issues.

? Local technical knowledge is an advantage.

Familiarity with Romanian grid connection procedures and experience coordinating with qualified electrical engineers, design consultants and technical suppliers will help support delivery. An established professional network is useful, while strong engineering judgement remains the main requirement.

We welcome substantial PV or electrical engineering experience, including technical review or team leadership responsibilities.
