The Opportunity:

Were looking for a Senior Project Development Engineer to support our enterprise sales team by identifying energy efficiency opportunities and shaping strategic sales approaches for key accounts. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone passionate about energy innovation and client success.

What Were Looking For:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering (required).
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in the engineering field post-graduation.
• Sector Expertise: Proven experience working with K-12 schools, higher education, healthcare facilities, and municipalities.
• Technical Skills: Strong background in identifying energy efficiency measures and calculating savings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with enterprise sales to develop tailored strategies for high-value clients.
• Design and analyze energy projects to support sales efforts.
• Identify and evaluate energy-saving opportunities across various sectors.
• Create scalable policies and procedures to support regional growth.
• Partner with internal teams in development and project management to ensure successful implementation.
