Head of Product

Our client is a fast-growing climate tech company building software and market intelligence solutions for industrial organizations navigating complex carbon and commodity markets.

They operate at the intersection of regulatory compliance, market pricing, and enterprise decision-making—helping customers manage financial exposure and optimize operational strategy in a rapidly evolving space.

We’re looking for a Head of Product to join the team! You’ll be the first senior product leader, owning product strategy end-to-end and building a differentiated platform for heavy industrial customers in a highly specialized market.

What you’ll do:

Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across core market intelligence and workflow tools

Translate complex customer operations, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements into scalable product solutions

Lead customer discovery directly with enterprise industrial clients

Own the full product lifecycle from requirements through delivery and iteration

Partner closely with engineering, commercial, and leadership teams to align product with revenue goals

What we’re looking for:

6–12+ years of product experience with ownership of a product or product line

Strong experience in heavy industry sectors such as energy, commodities, Markets, utilities, metals, or industrial infrastructure

Proven ability to build products from first principles in early-stage or ambiguous environments

Hands-on product operator comfortable across discovery, roadmap, and execution

Strong commercial and analytical judgment with customer-facing credibility

Nice to have:

Background in commodity trading, energy markets, procurement, or risk management platforms

Technical or engineering foundation

Experience in consulting or software environments serving industrial customers
