Your mission

As Finance Manager, you ensure the financial health and long-term sustainability of Jaga. You lead the finance team, safeguard compliance and deliver clear financial insights that support strategic decision-making. You combine accuracy with forward thinking and act as a trusted partner to the CFO and the wider organization.

What you will be doing

• Oversee all financial operations including accounting, AP/AR, payroll and bank reconciliations and fleet and combine this with more finance related projects

• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports

• Ensure compliance with tax, audit and regulatory requirements

• Manage cash flow, liquidity and financial risk

• Develop, monitor and adjust budgets and financial forecasts where you act as a business partner for the department heads

• Maintain timely, complete and reliable financial records

• Strengthen internal controls and minimize financial risks

• Lead, coach and develop the finance team

• Improve and streamline financial processes and ways of working

• Provide clear financial insights to support strategic decisions

This is how you win us over:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field

• At least 5 years of experience in financial management, including leadership experience

• Strong background in budgeting, reporting, compliance and audits

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a strong plus

• Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations and taxation

• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP

• Advanced skills in Excel and financial reporting tools

• You are analytical, structured and detail-oriented

• You act with integrity and professionalism at all times

• You communicate clearly and confidently with different stakeholders
