As a Project Manager for our Transmission & Distribution team, you will lead the planning and delivery of projects across the power sector, with a focus on Transmission & Distribution. You will take a strategic approach to delivering outcomes balancing technical excellence, commercial performance, and client partnership.

As a Project Manager for our Transmission & Distribution team, you will lead the planning and delivery of projects across the power sector, with a focus on Transmission & Distribution. You will take a strategic approach to delivering outcomes balancing technical excellence, commercial performance, and client partnership.
You will
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams across electrical, civil, structural, and mechanical scope.
- Manage the full project lifecycle, from planning through to execution and closeout.
- Drive a safety first culture and ensure quality outcomes across all deliveries.
- Provide robust commercial management, including budgets, forecasting, and risk management.
- Oversee project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Build and maintain trusted client relationships, contributing to repeat work and growth opportunities.
- Support business development and bids, bringing a strategic lens to positioning Jacobs in the market.
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strategic mindset and understanding of how to navigate complex stakeholder environments while delivering high quality technical outcomes. You'll bring
- Experience in any of the following transmission, distribution, industrial, or generation projects.
- Demonstrated capability managing multi-disciplinary engineering design projects.
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets, contracts, and project risk.
- Proven project leadership skills, with a focus on safety, quality, and team performance.
- Ability to build and sustain client relationships in a consulting or delivery environment.
- Proficiency in project controls and scheduling tools (e.g. Primavera P6, MS Project)
