- 2–3 years of SDR experience in B2B SaaS, including at least 1 year in a team lead/management role.
- Strong understanding of outbound sales processes, prospecting tools, and lead qualification techniques.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for sustainability.
