- Product-Minded Engineer: You have ~5+ years of experience and a track record of owning complex systems end-to-end, ideally in a scrappy, fast-paced startup environment.
- Technical Generalist: You are proficient in TypeScript and Node.js with the ability to move fluidly between frontend and backend depending on the problem at hand.
- Entrepreneurial Driver: You thrive in ambiguity, communicate proactively, and are comfortable making deliberate trade-offs to balance technical excellence with commercial speed.
