Your tasks

ISCC – International Sustainability and Carbon Certification is one of the leading certification systems for sustainability, traceability and the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions. If you are passionate about sustainability and would like to join our highly motivated and diverse teams to make a difference, we are looking forward to welcoming you as Intern for the Certification Process Team at the ISCC head office in Cologne. Your tasks are:

  • Respond to registration process related service requests and by that contribute to user experience and customer support
  • Support the registration process managers during the registration approval process
  • Process registration data across ISCC tools
  • Contribute to process optimization by sharing improvement suggestions regarding repeated service requests
  • Support in further administrative registration related tasks
  • General office duties



Your profile

  • Enrolled or recently graduated student in the area of business management, economics or another related field with availability of at least 6 months and 40 hours per week
  • You will be able to come to our head offices in Cologne at least two times per week regularly
  • Professional experience in high-level customer support, or similar
  • General IT proficiency and very good working knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent language skills in English (at least C1) and German (B1) both written and spoken, additional language skills will be of advantage
  • Excellent eye for detail, ability to understand and explain complex issues in simple terms and to prepare professional presentations according to target group
  • Service-oriented thinking and excellent communication and networking capability, especially in international environments
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities combined with an independent working and style pragmatic and hands-on attitude
