This is why the People&Culture team of experts are looking forward to welcome you as Intern Office Management & HR – with focus on Employer Branding / Training & Development at ISCC headquarters in Cologne.

The Intern Office Management & HR has the objective to support both office management and HR-related tasks. If you are passionate about sustainability and would like to join our highly motivated and diverse teams to make a difference, we are looking forward to your application!

Your main duties will be:

Office Management

  • Provide administrative and operational support to ensure all general office management processes run efficiently and smoothly
  • Responsible for ordering consumables, groceries, and office supplies
  • Support office management and the events team with various administrative tasks (post distribution, office supplies orders, inventory verification, preparation of internal/external events etc.)
  • Support HR in administrative as well as coordinative tasks along the lifecycle of an employee (e.g. onboarding/offboarding process)
  • Support the team with research tasks
  • Work on maintaining our sustainable office space and ensuring a high-quality office-/ working environment

HR (focus on Employer Branding / Training&Development)

  • Support with the creation and maintenance of presentations for different HR topics and drafting the monthly HR newsletter
  • Support the team with employer branding topics and collaborate closely with the marketing department on social media content creation and initiatives
  • Support with training&development administrative and coordinative tasks
  • Support with internal (e.g. company student event etc.) and external HR (e.g. career event, university workshop etc.) events
  • Develop and work on your own small projects



Your profile

  • Enrolled student in the area of business administration, human resources, organizational psychology, or similar with full-time availability for at least 6 months
  • Ideally, you have initial practical experiences in human resources in general or office administration
  • Basic graphic design skills (e.g. Canva) are beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills in German (at least B2) and English (at least C1) both written and spoken; additional languages will be of advantage
  • High proficiency in MS Office and macOS system
  • Very good presentation skills and excellent attention to detail
  • A service-oriented, proactive, reliable and supportive attitude
  • Excellent time management and self-organization
