We are looking for a Marketing Consultant to support campaign execution and platform delivery.
About The Role
As a Marketing Consultant at Iron Core Marketing, you are responsible for campaign execution, platform operations, and marketing production work across client programs.
You work within a structured delivery model:
- Account Director — owns delivery leadership, scope, and priorities
- Senior Marketing Consultant — leads campaign strategy and program design
- Marketing Consultant (this role) — executes campaigns and platform builds
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys executing marketing programs with precision and speed, working across platforms and campaigns to bring strategy to life.
You will build campaigns, draft assets, set up systems, and maintain operational accuracy — while working closely with senior strategists and delivery leadership.

10–20 hours per week expected, with opportunity for expansion as accounts grow
Compensation:
Starting at $85/hour DOE
What You’ll Do
Campaign Execution
- Execute campaign builds across marketing platforms and channels, including:
- Landing page builds
- Webinar setup and promotion
- Email campaign deployment
- Campaign asset implementation
You will turn campaign plans and outlines into live marketing programs.
Content & Asset Production
Draft and produce campaign materials such as:
- LinkedIn posts
- Email drafts
- Webinar landing pages
- Campaign copy
- First-pass marketing assets
Senior Consultants typically provide strategic direction and messaging frameworks — you translate those into working assets.
Platform Operations
Manage operational work across marketing platforms, including:
- Ad platforms
- Marketing automation systems
- Landing page builders
- Webinar platforms
- CRM integrations (when required)
Accuracy, QA, and execution discipline are critical.
Reporting & Campaign Operations
Support campaign measurement and reporting:
- Pull campaign metrics
- Compile performance summaries
- Maintain reporting trackers
- Ensure campaign documentation is complete
You ensure the execution side of campaigns stays organized and measurable.
Delivery Workflow Support
Work within Iron Core’s structured delivery system:
- Maintain task updates in Asana
- Track asset progress and campaign builds
- Flag blockers early
- Follow campaign SOPs and workflows
Asana is the system of record for delivery commitments and task progress.
Collaboration With Senior Consultants
Work closely with Senior Consultants to implement strategy. They may provide:
- campaign outlines
- messaging frameworks
- asset direction
- optimization recommendations
You execute the operational work needed to launch and maintain campaigns.
What You Will NOT Be Expected To Do
You are not responsible for:
- Owning client accounts
- Managing delivery timelines
- Controlling scope or priorities
- Running client meetings
- Defining campaign strategy independently
Those responsibilities sit with the Account Director and Senior Consultant. This role is focused on execution excellence, not account ownership.

- Experience in clean energy, climate tech, or technical B2B industries is helpful and preferred
