iRefill is a climate-tech startup working to reduce plastic waste by enabling refill and reuse systems for everyday products. We develop smart IoT-enabled dispensers that allow retailers, brands, and supermarkets to sell products like edible oil, grains, atta, and homecare liquids without single-use packaging. Our technology provides packaging-free access to products while tracking refill volume, inventory, and environmental impact in real time. Through our solutions, we aim to make sustainable consumption affordable and accessible while helping businesses reduce packaging costs and plastic waste.

Role Overview ?️

We are looking for a highly organized and creative individual to join our Core Team in Indore. You will work directly with the founders to build the "internal engine" of iRefill. This role is about building the systems that help iRefill scale. This role is perfect for someone who loves structured thinking, professional documentation, and creative storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Documentation & Design: Create and update technical manuals, service guides, designs and collaboration decks. Ensure all brand assets in Figma/Canva meet professional standards.
• Digital Presence: Managing iRefill’s LinkedIn and Instagram profiles—creating regular, professional content that highlights our mission and milestones.
• B2B Growth & Communication: Conduct professional outreach to brands, wholesalers, and organic retailers. You will be responsible for the end-to-end communication cycle, from initial cold calls/emails to follow-up meetings.
• Project Tracking: Maintain and update customer data and project milestones using Excel/Google Sheets.
• Meeting Support: Schedule meetings and manage the founders' calendars. Sit in on partner calls to take detailed notes (Minutes of Meeting) and track follow-up tasks.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experience: 0–1 years of experience OR someone looking to restart their career after a long gap. We value skills and hunger over a "perfect" timeline.
• Education: MBA, Graduate (BBA, B.Com, Mass Comm, or B.Tech with a creative side).
• Skills: Proficiency in Figma/Canva, MS Excel, and AI-driven workflows. 
• Vibe: A systems-thinker based in Indore who is obsessed with professional details and sustainability.
