Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Project & Financial Management: Track budgets, expenditures, and support forecasting
• Invoicing & Revenue Tracking: Manage billing cycles, receivables, and client coordination
• Resource & Cost Monitoring: Oversee manpower costs, timesheets, invoices and utilization
• Operations & Administration: Handle office operations, travel and vendor coordination
• Coordination & Logistics: Support meetings, travel, workshops, and stakeholder engagements
• Compliance & Reporting: Ensure documentation, audit readiness, and policy adherence
What We’re Looking For:
• Background in Finance / Business Administration
• Strong Excel and project tracking skills
• Experience in consulting / development / government projects preferred
• High ownership, attention to detail, and multitasking ability
