Junior PV Project Manager (m/w/d)

Role

You support the planning, coordination, and execution of energy projects from development through commissioning. Working closely with experienced project managers, engineers, suppliers, and customers, you help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to company standards. This role offers an opportunity to develop project management skills in the renewable energy and energy systems sector.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers in the coordination and execution of technical energy projects.
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and tracking of milestones.
• Coordinate communication with internal departments, suppliers, contractors, and customers.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and action lists.
• Assist in obtaining quotations, preparing purchase orders, and tracking deliveries.
• Support the review and organization of technical and commercial project documents.
• Participate in project meetings and follow up on action items.
• Assist with site visits, project handovers, and commissioning activities.
• Track project progress and escalate risks or delays to senior project managers.
• Support reporting on project status, timelines, and key performance indicators.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes.
• Perform administrative and ad hoc project-related tasks as required.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree or vocational qualification in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of professional experience; graduates and career starters are welcome.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Interest in renewable energy, energy systems, construction, or infrastructure projects.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Structured and proactive working style.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications; experience with project management tools is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Very good German and good English language skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop into an independent Project Manager.
