Director, Program Management & Projects
✅ Qualifications & Experience
Required
- 10+ years of experience in project/program management, preferably in engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environments
- Proven experience leading multiple concurrent projects or programs
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, or similar)
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, cost models, and financial performance
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and leadership teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred
- Experience in climate tech, energy, carbon capture, or industrial systems
- Background in startup or high-growth environments
- Experience building or scaling program management functions
Familiarity with facility buildouts, system integration, or capital projects
