About The Role

We’re looking for a warm, organised, and proactive Community & Accounts Manager to be the heartbeat of the Greenhouse. You’ll nurture relationships with members, manage accounts and operations, and help make Greenhouse a thriving home for climate innovators. This role suits someone who enjoys balancing people and process you’ll be just as comfortable chatting with founders over coffee as you are reconciling memberships or streamlining internal systems.

Key Responsibilities

Community Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for members ensuring a welcoming, supportive, and professional experience.
  • Manage day-to-day member communications, onboarding, and community engagement.
  • Build strong relationships with startups, partners, and event organisers within the Greenhouse network.
  • Coordinate community events, talks, and activations that foster collaboration and connection.
  • Support a positive culture aligned with Greenhouse’s climate and sustainability values

Accounts & Operations

  • Oversee member accounts, billing, and subscriptions with accuracy and transparency.
  • Manage supplier relationships, invoicing, and general administrative tasks.
  • Maintain CRM and membership systems to ensure accurate records and reporting.
  • Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and monthly account reconciliations.
  • Support the smooth running of facilities, from office supplies to event space bookings.

Collaboration & Growth

  • Work closely with the wider Greenhouse team to deliver exceptional member experiences.
  • Provide insights and feedback to improve systems, community engagement, and retention.
  • Contribute to initiatives that grow the Greenhouse ecosystem and enhance its impact.
