We're looking for a Marketing & Engagement Coordinator to help bring our ecosystem to life through content, communications, campaigns, events and initiatives that strengthen engagement, visibility and trust across our community.
This role will also play an important part in maintaining and evolving the Greenhouse brand, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the quality, professionalism and impact of Australia's leading climate innovation ecosystem.

About The Role
Marketing at Greenhouse is about more than promoting events or creating content. It plays a critical role in growing engagement across the ecosystem, amplifying member stories, creating meaningful connections and helping ensure every interaction with Greenhouse reflects the energy, ambition and impact of the community we serve.
Working within Greenhouse's marketing and engagement strategy, you'll help translate priorities into campaigns, content, communications and experiences that drive participation, visibility and impact.
You'll also play an important role in protecting and strengthening the Greenhouse brand. As a key custodian of our brand, you'll help ensure consistency across all communications, campaigns and member experiences, maintaining the quality, credibility and trust that Greenhouse has built across the climate innovation ecosystem.

You may have around 2-3 years' experience in marketing, communications, digital marketing or community engagement.
Most importantly, you're curious, proactive and excited about creating meaningful engagement.

- Create content across social media, newsletters, website and member channels.
- Amplify member stories, achievements and ecosystem activity.
- Build relationships across the Greenhouse ecosystem to identify stories, opportunities and initiatives that strengthen member engagement and community participation.
- Support member engagement initiatives and communication touchpoints throughout the member journey.
- Support the promotion of events, initiatives and partnerships.
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Use data, insights and audience behaviour to help optimise campaigns, communications and engagement.
- Monitor performance metrics and contribute to reporting and analysis.
- Support CRM, email marketing and automation initiatives.
- Explore AI and emerging technologies to improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
- Act as a custodian of the Greenhouse brand, ensuring all communications, content, campaigns and ecosystem touchpoints reflect our visual identity, tone of voice, positioning and values.
- Help maintain a consistent and engaging brand experience across all touchpoints.
