This is a chance to work on cutting-edge projects that bridge hardware, firmware, and software, helping drive the next wave of clean energy and automation.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience designing and implementing motion, logic, or real-time control systems (PLCs, RTOS, or custom firmware)
  • Proficiency in ladder logic, structured text, IEC 61131, or related programming approaches
  • Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols (Modbus, OPC-UA, EtherCAT, CANopen, etc.)
  • Hands-on background integrating with SCADA systems, inverters, and grid signals at the plant level
  • Ability to bridge hardware, firmware, and software layers to ensure reliable operation at scale
