Project Development Project Manager

Developer (Manager or Director) out of their Boston office. This hire will execute on the company's existing development pipeline, and identify new opportunities for expansion through new development and M&A. Lead development for a portfolio of energy and energy infrastructure projects (solar, storage, thermal, data centers) from greenfield and acquisition in the US Manage full-cycle development processes from inception to financial close (i.e. land negotiation, permitting, interconnection, management of external consultants/contracts) Own community engagement and relationship management with local stakeholders Work cross-functionally with internal finance, engineering, and legal teams 4+ years of Project Development experience in Renewables/Energy/Energy Infrastructure, working in US energy markets (CAISO, ERCOT, WECC, PJM, NYISO, ISO-NE preferred) ~ Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred) ~ Strong business acumen in project execution and management ~ Strong negotiation, communication, and community engagement skills ~ Willingness to travel throughout the US for project-related work
