Project Development Manager

We're partnered with a diversified utility-scale IPP looking to bring on a Sr. Developer (Manager or Director) out of their Boston office. This hire will execute on the company's existing development pipeline, and identify new opportunities for expansion through new development and M&A.

What You'll Do

• Lead development for a portfolio of energy and energy infrastructure projects (solar, storage, thermal, data centers) from greenfield and acquisition in the US
• Manage full-cycle development processes from inception to financial close (i.e. land negotiation, permitting, interconnection, management of external consultants/contracts)
• Own community engagement and relationship management with local stakeholders
• Work cross-functionally with internal finance, engineering, and legal teams

What You Need

• 4+ years of Project Development experience in Renewables/Energy/Energy Infrastructure, working in US energy markets (CAISO, ERCOT, WECC, PJM, NYISO, ISO-NE preferred)
• Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred)
• Strong business acumen in project execution and management
• Strong negotiation, communication, and community engagement skills
• Willingness to travel throughout the US for project-related work
