Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Calgary, allowing a mix of in-office collaboration and remote work flexibility. The responsibilities for this role include engaging with potential clients and candidates, fostering professional relationships, facilitating successful job placements, and supporting initiatives focused on the climate and renewable energy sectors. Day-to-day activities may involve research, data analysis, communication, and contributing to the development of sustainable recruitment practices.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in relationship-building, communication, and client engagement.
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or human resources, preferably within the climate tech or renewable energy sectors.
- Proficient in data analysis, research, and identifying strategic opportunities.
- Knowledge of sustainable practices, renewable energy, or climate tech industries is highly desirable.
- Proactive and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and tight deadlines effectively.
- Familiarity with digital tools and platforms used for communication, marketing, or data management is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
