We are supporting a retained search for a Venture Development Manager within a UK-based accelerator programme focused on helping innovative energy businesses scale faster and more effectively.

We are keen to speak with individuals who have experience supporting early-stage or growth-stage companies, particularly where technology, commercialisation, and route-to-market strategy intersect.

The role will involve working closely with innovative SMEs, helping diagnose growth barriers, shaping commercial support plans, and connecting businesses with the right expertise, networks, and opportunities to accelerate progress.

Ideal background could include:

• Accelerator, incubator, or venture support programme experience

• Early-stage venture growth or commercial advisory

• Supporting founders or leadership teams in scaling technology businesses

• Innovation, clean energy, climate tech, or adjacent sectors

• Strong commercial judgement and ability to identify what drives business growth

This is well suited to someone who enjoys working directly with ambitious businesses and helping turn innovation into commercial traction.
