Intervl Group is partnering with a number of high-growth climate technology businesses across the U.S. that are building the next generation of distributed energy, flexibility and virtual power plant solutions.


We're looking to connect with experienced Enterprise Account Executives who have a proven track record of selling complex software and technology solutions into utilities, energy retailers, aggregators, C&I customers or large enterprise organisations.


The Opportunity

You'll play a key role in helping innovative energy technology businesses accelerate commercial growth by winning new customers and developing strategic relationships across the U.S. energy market.


Working alongside experienced founders, commercial leaders and product teams, you'll lead complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery through to contract negotiation while helping customers navigate the energy transition.


What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years' experience in enterprise software sales within energy technology, utilities or climate tech.
  • Experience selling into utilities, energy retailers, C&I organisations or enterprise customers.
  • Strong understanding of one or more of the following:
  • Distributed Energy Resources (DER)
  • Virtual Power Plants (VPP)
  • Demand Response
  • DERMS
  • EV Charging
  • Energy Management
  • Grid Flexibility
  • Experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles.
  • Ability to engage senior stakeholders and build long-term strategic relationships.
  • A consistent track record of exceeding quota in high-growth or venture-backed businesses.
