About Intergrid:

Intergrid is a Helsinki-based technology company offering an Autopilot for industrial energy operators.

  • Economics, emissions and resilience are pushing industrials to adopt hybrid energy systems that can't be effectively run manually with traditional tooling.
  • More intelligent, integrated and autonomous energy operations are needed to lower costs and emissions, reduce manual operator workload and accelerate the whole energy transition by making industrial electrification easier and more economical.

Intergrid has emerged as the category leader in autonomous industrial energy operations, with:

  • 100+ industrial sites across Europe already trusting us
  • €20M+ raised from top investors in Finland and Silicon Valley
  • A high-performing 40+ person team from different nationalities and backgrounds at our vibrant Helsinki office

About the role:

The Head of GTM will report to our Co-Founder & CEO Olli Kangas, sit on our leadership team and have a lot of freedom in building a world-class, AI-native, scalable GTM system to systematically land new ICP customers in focus geographies.

  • The leadership team defines "where to play", but the Head of GTM owns the "how to win".
  • You will own the function end-to-end, with sales, marketing, partnerships and RevOps under you, and will also scale your own GTM team.
  • We have ambitious targets for MoM growth rate while controlling CAC payback, but we trust your expertise on how to reach them.

We are an office-first company, with the role based in our Helsinki office and the flexibility to work up to 30 days remotely every year. The role will require some monthly travel to visit customers and sales teams in different geographies.

What we offer is a unique opportunity to maximize your own impact and development in a values-driven, high-performing team, driven by kindness, curiosity, and creating win-win-win outcomes for customers, the planet, and our own success. At our stage of the growth journey, we are also in a great position to offer a competitive combination of base, performance and equity compensation for this role.

Our hiring process will typically follow these steps:

First discussion (30 min)

Get to know each other, learn about your career goals, motivation, strengths and previous experiences. Discussion about the role and the potential fit with Intergrid.

Experience interview (90 min)

A structured walkthrough of your career, chapter by chapter, from the earliest relevant roles to where you are today. For each chapter we want to go beyond your CV and understand five things: what you were responsible for, what you are most proud of, what the low points were, who you worked with, and why you moved on.

Case assignment (90 min)

Show your thinking and skills in action with a role-specific case assignment at our office.

Founder interview (90 min)

Meet all our founders and dive into our strategy, culture and future plans. Time for you to ask all your toughest questions.

'Work with us' afternoon (4 hours)

We invite you to meet our team over lunch and experience our daily work for a couple of hours to ensure our ways of working align with your aspirations. It is a significant commitment on both sides, so we only move to this stage if we really want to work with you. It's designed to help both sides make the right decision, and to give you a transparent opportunity to decide on a new career chapter. You will receive compensation for this.
