Our top-rated residential solar company is seeking an In-Home Solar Consultant to join our dynamic global team of industry professionals, vertically integrating sales, manufacturing, installation, and after-sales service with over 25 years of experience. The In-Home Solar Consultant must be willing to work nights and weekends to accommodate the homeowner's schedule. Schedule appointments and manage sales lead pipeline in your territory * Lead homeowners through the sales process, building trust and closing the sale. * Build and maintain a network of customers through referrals and networking. * Attend regular meetings and trainings to stay up-to-date on industry trends and sales techniques. Top-notch project management skills. * Willing to work nights and weekends. * Strong computer skills - updating of meeting results and customer information in CRM system. Mac or Windows (computer operating system platform options). * Must be familiar with iPhone (used in sales surveys and contract process). * Attend daily sales meetings (remotely or in office during training periods) HVAC sales experience * Energy efficiency sales experience * Plumbing sales experience * Homeowner roofing / gutter sales experience * Home appliance sales experience * Security system sales experience * Solar sales experience Base pay plus commission. * Company provide sales vehicle after 90 days of employment or upon achievement of baseline sales targets * 700 per week base pay, plus uncapped commission. * Join our team and help make a positive impact on the environment while earning an income that reflects your hard work and dedication.
