Hiring: Analyst – Impact Investing | PE/VC Fund
Prominent Impact-Focused PE/VC Fund | Mumbai
One of India's most recognised impact investing platforms — with a mandate spanning climate tech, renewable energy, agri logistics, green hydrogen, healthcare, and waste management — is building its next-generation investment team for an upcoming INR 2,000 Cr fund launch.
This is a full-stack investment role with meaningful exposure across research, execution, and portfolio management.
Role Scope:
- Sector research, investment thesis development & market mapping
- Financial modelling, valuation analysis & sensitivity workouts
- End-to-end deal support: due diligence, term sheets, SHA/SSA review
- Portfolio monitoring — MIS tracking, performance analysis, exit evaluation
- Fund-of-Funds coverage across MSME-focused initiatives
You Fit If You Have:
- 2–4 years of buy-side / sell-side investment experience
- CA or MBA from a Tier-1 institution — mandatory
- Advanced financial modelling skills — non-negotiable
- Familiarity with impact, SME, or structured finance instruments — preferred
