JOB TITLE: Project Manager (Custodial Integration Support)

DURATION : 12+ month contract

LOCATION: On-site 5 days a week in Tukwila, WA

ORG: Global Real Estate and Facilities - Business Operations/VSI organization

PROJECT OVERVIEW:

  • Insight Global's client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead custodial integration efforts across its facilities. This role focuses on operational efficiency, staffing coordination, and stakeholder engagement—not technical execution. 200+ custodial staff are needing to be hired, and you will be partnering with cross-functional teams to create Standard Operational Procedures to ensure operational efficiency within this process.

MUST HAVES:

  • 5+ years of Project/Program Management experience
  • Proven experience collaborating with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong written and oral communication
  • Working knowledge of program management principles and independent decision-making skills.

NICE TO HAVES:

  • PMP and/or PMBOK Certification
  • Prior experience working on Real Estate & Facilities domain projects
  • Background in custodial or craft services

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and manage integrated project plans and schedules.
  • Conduct risk assessments, planning studies, and performance analyses.
  • Identify risks and opportunities; create mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate cross-functional integration and stakeholder alignment.
  • Serve as the primary contact for stakeholder requirements and project objectives.
  • Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle—from initiation to completion.
  • Coordinate hiring efforts for over 200 custodial staff (approx. 20 hires/month).
  • Manage recurring interviews, onboarding, and training processes.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure quality execution.
  • Report progress and compare actual results against baseline plans.
  • Consult with senior leadership on strategy and deliverables.
