POSITION: Project Manager

Duration: 6-month contract to hire

Locations: Southern Arizona

Pay Rate : $58/hr-$67/hr - $120k-$140k

Must-Haves:

  • 5–8 + years of experience working as a construction Project Manager
  • Experience working for a General Contractor or an Electrical, Civil, or Steel/Structural subcontractor
  • Must have experience overseeing self-perform work - most ideally electrical self-perform work
  • Commercial experience works, industrial not preferred
  • Experience managing projects valued over $15m in budget
  • Proficiency with MS Project (scheduling), bluebeam, or heavybid/heavyjob

Plusses:

  • Design-Build project experience
  • Federal construction project experience: CBP, USACE, NAVFAC, DoD, DHS, AF, city/state, municipal construction - Strong Plus
  • AutoCAD proficiency
  • Experience supporting border, security, or infrastructure projects

  • Our client is seeking a Project Manager to support a top construction sub-contractor specializing in large-scale design-build projects (with a focus on electrical scopes). This individual will be responsible for overseeing complex, high-dollar projects from planning through completion, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful infrastructure projects supporting national security initiatives across Texas and Arizona.
