Project Manager
As a key member of the project team, this role involves managing relationships and communication flow with clients, design professionals, internal personnel, and specialty trade partners. The individual will contribute collaboratively alongside both internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success. Responsibilities include creating and managing construction budgets, encompassing the prime contract, subcontracts, and change orders. The role also requires writing effective scopes of work for subcontracts and overseeing submittal procurement in advance of the project schedule. Regular duties include conducting Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) progress meetings at project sites throughout the construction phase, preparing timely draw requests, and offering input to project schedules based on experience and foresight. Additionally, the individual is expected to integrate their personal experience with the company's processes and culture to enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Engineering
- 3+ years of experience working with a general contractor managing ground-up commercial projects
- Knowledge of Procore
