Must Haves:

  • 0-3 years of experience in project coordination, project controls, construction or field operations
  • Strong analytical skills, particularly in cost tracking and invoice reconciliation

Day to Day: A large energy client is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team in Schenectady, NY. This individual will support the planning, execution, and closeout of wind turbine major component upgrade and blade projects under the direction of Project Managers. They will have a direct responsibility for daily project reporting, invoice reconciliation, cost tracking, and support of budgeting and forecasting activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, validate, and distribute daily project updates from field leadership including safety, progress, staffing, and issues.
  • Maintain daily and weekly project dashboards, trackers, and status reports for internal and customer use.
  • Assist with preparation and submission of customer invoices.
  • Support project budgeting, cost tracking, and forecasting activities.
  • Assist with project schedule updates and execution tracking.
  • Coordinate with field supervisors, technicians, engineering, logistics, and subcontractors.
  • Prepare for kickoff meetings, execution reviews, and project closeout.

Compensation:

$39/hr to $40/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
