Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Location: San Jose (onsite 5 days a week)

Rate Estimate: $62.21-$68.45 hour

On rolling contract

Must Haves

Senior‑level experience in construction project management for office or commercial facilities

Overseeing projects that include a MEP focus (mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing)

Experience with modifications, renovations, and upgrades vs. ground‑up builds

Knowledge of CRE and EHS standards

Program‑level ownership mindset

Strong stakeholder communication and coordination

Experience using MS Project or similar scheduling tools

Day-to-Day

This role owns construction project delivery for primarily office‑based facilities across US locations. Responsibilities include managing multi‑discipline renovation and upgrade projects, coordinating stakeholders, supporting ROM estimates, and driving execution from design through closeout. The ideal candidate brings strong MEP/HVAC expertise , confidence running programs, and the ability to make recommendations and decisions independently.
