Job Description

A leading gas turbine manufacturing organization is seeking a Project Manager to support Capacity Projects within a highly technical, manufacturing-driven environment. This role will partner closely with the Business Project Manager and will primarily focus on project controls , ensuring project plans remain accurate, risks are identified early, and stakeholders stay aligned as projects progress.

The Project Manager will be responsible for maintaining detailed project schedules and milestones, ensuring all data is current and accurate within Microsoft Project , and supporting forecasting and cost control efforts. As projects evolve, this individual will proactively identify risks, track dependencies, and communicate potential impacts to schedule, scope, or cost.

In addition, the Project Manager will play a key role in cross‑functional coordination , working with multiple business units to gather updates, schedule and facilitate meetings, and present clear, concise project status updates to leadership and stakeholders. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, onsite manufacturing environment .

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Controls Specialist
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project
  • Hands‑on experience with cost controls, scheduling, and forecasting
  • Proven ability to maintain accurate project documentation and timelines
  • Strong communication skills with experience presenting project updates

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

  • Experience managing or supporting manufacturing‑related projects
  • Exposure to capacity expansion or operational improvement initiatives

Pay:

$80,000 - $100,000
