Hiring Project Manager to support a portfolio of multifamily construction projects within the DMV out of Rockville, MD.

What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of multifamily renovation projects in the DMV area
  • Lead and support a talented team of Superintendents and Site Supervisors, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet our rigorous quality and safety standards.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, troubleshoot issues, and provide hands-on support to local teams.
  • Play a key role in pre-bid walks, pre-construction meetings, and client presentations.
  • Partner with estimating and business development teams to support bid preparation, project planning, submittals, and close-out processes.
  • Track project financials and performance metrics, collaborating with the Director of Operations on reporting and strategic planning.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA regulations, and local building codes.
  • Work closely with accounting to manage change orders and project draws tailored to each project and client.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with qualified subcontractors (siding, roofing, painting, carpentry, etc.) to support project execution and regional expansion.

What You Bring:

  • 7+ years of experience in construction operations
  • Proven expertise in managing multifamily residential renovation projects (think siding, roofing, painting, carpentry, and more).
  • Strong knowledge of construction techniques, with the ability to read plans, evaluate scopes, and solve technical challenges in the field.
  • A track record of leading multiple projects
  • Proficiency with construction project management tools and reporting systems.
  • OSHA 30 certification (preferred).
