Title : Low Voltage Project Manager

Location / Onsite Requirements: Fully Onsite Mon-Fri, Rochester MN 55905

Interview Process : 2-3 Rounds

Start Date : ASAP (approx. 2-3 weeks after offer acceptance)

Compensation : $50-65/hr. approx.

Must Haves

  • Manage MEP trade coordination across electrical, mechanical, and plumbing scopes
  • Oversee schedules, budgets, and project milestones from design through completion
  • Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals related to MEP systems
  • Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, engineers, and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, project specifications, and healthcare regulations
  • Monitor progress and proactively address risks or conflicts to keep the project on track

Plusses

  • BAS or Building automation controls experience

Job Description

We are supporting a large healthcare client on a multi‑year new construction project in the St. Paul / Minneapolis area and are seeking experienced construction professionals to join the team. These roles will play a key part in overseeing MEP trades throughout the lifecycle of the project.

Ideal candidates will have experience with electrical and/or mechanical systems, understand how these systems flow through a building, and be comfortable working in a complex, regulated healthcare environment.

*Will not complete the work itself - will oversee the subcontracting firm completing the hands-on work*

** we also have a Site Superintendent opening, same location and schedule. Similar background, approx. $40-50/hr **
