We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Project Coordinator to join our team supporting research and consumer data initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of experience in a corporate setting who thrives in cross-functional environments and is ready to grow into a leadership position. You’ll play a key role in managing project schedules, coordinating with operations teams, and interpreting data to drive business decisions.

This is a high-growth opportunity—the right candidate will eventually take on people management responsibilities as the team expands.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Administration:

  • Coordinate updates from research and operations teams, maintaining project schedules, job assignments, and labor tracking.
  • Use tools like Excel, Smartsheet, Power BI to manage timelines and deliverables tied to consumer data initiatives.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Act as a central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely updates on changes in scope, priorities, and project status across departments.

Data Management:

  • Update master schedules based on client input and evolving scopes of work (SOW).
  • Assist in documenting and communicating change orders to operations and research teams.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Analyze performance, productivity, and profitability data using Excel (pivot tables) and Power BI.
  • Maintain dashboards and reports, slicing data by time, geography, and category to uncover trends and insights.

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in a corporate environment, ideally in research, consumer insights, or data operations.
  • Strong organizational skills and experience working with operations teams.
  • Proven ability to manage scope of work and scheduling across multiple projects.
  • Leadership experience or strong potential to lead—this role will evolve to include direct reports .
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables) and willing to learnPower BI (report maintenance).
  • Familiarity with project planning tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable insights.
