Construction Project Manager
Job Description Our client is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead industrial construction projects from early planning through execution and closeout. This role is responsible for overall project performance, including safety, quality, schedule, and financial outcomes. The Project Manager will partner closely with customers, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver complex industrial projects while ensuring compliance with contract documents and engineering standards. This position requires a balance of office-based planning and on-site construction oversight and is ideal for someone who enjoys both field execution and the commercial side of project delivery. Skills and Requirements 5+ years of experience managing industrial construction projects Strong communication, organization, and problem‐solving skills Experience working with manufacturing or industrial clients Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, P&IDs, flow diagrams, and process data sheets Familiarity with engineering documentation and approval processes Hands‐on experience with process construction, including equipment installation, piping, mechanical systems, E&I, or utilities Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction documentation tools (e.g., Bluebeam) Willingness to split time between office and active jobsites, with occasional travel Experience supporting projects in chemical, advanced materials, or similar manufacturing environments Exposure to industrial building components such as civil, concrete, structural steel, MEP, or fire protection Experience supporting estimating or preconstruction efforts Background in small or growing firms where processes are evolving #J-18808-Ljbffr
