Job Description

Insight Global is partnering with a fast-growing national AV, security, and IT contractor that is committed to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. We are seeking a Project Manager to support operations on-site at a data center client. This is a great opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing companies in the data center space and contribute to mission-critical projects.

Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing project plans aligned with customer requirements, attending daily foreman and leadership meetings, and driving project progress. The Project Manager will oversee subcontractors, manage manpower and materials on-site, and ensure milestones are met. This individual will also communicate updates to leadership and clients, analyze project needs, and make recommendations to ensure overall program success.

A significant portion of this role will involve reviewing construction drawings and project documentation, participating in daily foreman and leadership meetings, monitoring project progress, and communicating status updates to both internal stakeholders and clients. The Associate Project Manager will work closely with Superintendents, Foremen, and senior leadership to proactively identify challenges, develop solutions, and maintain project momentum.

The ideal candidate will have experience supporting construction projects within low-voltage, structured cabling, telecommunications, electrical, or mission-critical environments and possess strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Individuals who thrive in fast-paced construction environments and enjoy being heavily involved in field operations will be highly successful in this role.
