Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of Project Management experience within banking and IT environments

Direct experience supporting both banking and technology initiatives

Experience collaborating cross-functionally with diverse business and technical teams

Proven ability to manage large, complex projects from initiation through completion

Experience identifying and mitigating project risks

Strong experience tracking project development, coordinating schedules, and managing project resources

Ability to align project execution with business needs and strategic objectives

Experience presenting updates and communicating effectively with executive leadership and stakeholders
