Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager/Business Analyst for a client in Phoenix, AZ.

Project Manager/Business Analyst

Location: Phoenix, AZ - onsite 5 days/week

Duration: 9-12 month contract

Pay Range: $48/hr-$54/hr

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 5+ years of experience in IT operations, service management, process analysis, or IT compliance and or governance
  • Working knowledge of IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL) and operational best practices
  • Experience documenting and improving processes in a complex enterprise IT environment
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams

Plusses:

  • ITIL Foundation or higher certification
  • Process improvement or Lean/Six Sigma framework
  • Knowledge of GRC, risk management, audit support, or compliance programs

Day to Day:

Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager/Business Analyst for a client in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, you’ll manage and support IT initiatives across operations, governance, audit, and service delivery. This includes building project plans, coordinating stakeholders and resources, identifying risks and process gaps, tracking remediation efforts, and improving IT processes. You’ll also develop documentation and workflows, track KPIs, support audits and compliance activities, and provide reporting and recommendations to IT leadership.
