Job Description

-Oversee coordination of iron pipe casting operations

-Lead a team of 30-35 people

-Maintain quality and safety compliance

-Manage material and documentation

-Resolve operational issues

-Lead daily standups

-Handle machine start up, tracking and testing chemistry of iron

Required Skills & Experience

-Bachelors degree or equivalent experience (2-4 yrs of experience with degree, or 5-10 yrs without degree)

-Supervisor role in a manufacturing or industrial setting (piping, machinery, equipment, construction, etc.)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Experience in a foundry

-Heavy industrial experience

-Piping experience
