This role is a hands-on Production Supervisor responsible for overseeing either casting or finishing operations within a heavy industrial manufacturing environment. The individual will lead large teams, ensure production runs efficiently, and maintain strict quality and safety standards. This position plays a key role in driving daily operations—from machine startup and material flow to troubleshooting issues and leading team standups—while working in a fast-paced, physically demanding foundry setting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (2–4 years with degree, or 5–10 years without)
  • Prior supervisory experience in manufacturing or industrial environments (piping, machinery, equipment, construction, etc.)
  • Strong leadership experience managing teams (15–35 employees)
  • Proven ability to enforce safety, quality, and operational standards
  • Comfortable working in a hot, dusty, non-climate-controlled environment

Nice to Have:

  • Foundry or casting experience
  • Heavy industrial background
  • Experience with piping or similar materials/processes
