Title: Project Coordinator (HR & Talent Operations)
Location: Hybrid in Philadelphia (Center City)
Job Type: 6 Month Contract + Extensions; Perm Possibility
Compensation: $35/hr to $45/hr.
- Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

We’re hiring a Project Coordinator to support our client's HR Vendor Management team, reporting directly to the Director of HR Vendor Management. This role is operations-focused and execution-driven; ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things moving, tracking details, and driving tasks to completion.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the operational backbone of talent management initiatives
- Execute against established playbooks and processes; you’re the task master
- Track deliverables, deadlines, and vendor-related activities to ensure nothing slips
- Coordinate across stakeholders with clear, consistent communication
- Support ongoing projects tied to talent operations and vendor management
- Keep documentation, trackers, and task lists organized and up to date
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
- Strong communication skills; clear, professional, and proactive
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
- Solid understanding of general HR technology terminology (no HR systems expertise required)
- Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
- Able to take direction, execute the plan, and keep things moving
