Title: Senior Project Manager

Location: Palo Alto, CA

Duration: 6 month contract to hire/extension

Pay Range: 60-80/hr

Education Qualifications

Job requires a Bachelor’s degree in a work-related discipline/field from an accredited college or university. Relevant experience in lieu of degree may be considered. Relevant experience in lieu of degree is in addition to the experience requirements for this position.

Experience Qualifications

5-10 years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge of technical, professional and business in the fields of healthcare delivery, architecture, and construction, and building design process

• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with widely diverse groups, including individuals at all levels both within and outside the organization and gain their cooperation

• Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, work independently and meet deadlines

• Ability to prioritize work by making informed judgments and to develop solutions for complex problems

• Ability to ensure project compliance with hospital infection control procedures

• Has knowledge of local, state and federal regulatory requirements related to areas of functional responsibility

• Ability to handle potentially sensitive situations by applying consultative skills in working with internal and external constituent groups

• Ability to utilize project management tools

• Ability to understand budgets and make rough financial projections

• Ability to develop collaborative relationships with key partners

• Ability to recognize opportunities for programmatic efficiencies or cost savings.
