Program Manager, Fleet Strategy

Salary Range: $100,000-$130,000

Location: Orlando

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) and at least five (5) years of program management or power generation experience, or equivalent education and experience.
  • PMP certification or SCRUM/AGILE experience preferred.
  • Strong ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical data and documentation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations.
  • Ability to perform mathematical calculations including algebra, geometry, percentages, and proportions.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in computer systems including project management tools, databases, spreadsheets, word processing, and technical diagram software.

Day to Day

  • Own and manage a portfolio of fleet-wide strategy programs focused on reliability, availability, and performance improvements.
  • Translate fleet risks and recurring issues into structured programs with defined scope, objectives, timelines, and success metrics.
  • Develop and maintain program roadmaps aligned with outage schedules, business priorities, and resource planning cycles.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Operations, Product Lines, Risk, Commercial, and Execution teams.
  • Establish and manage program governance including status reviews, decision points, and escalations.
  • Build and maintain integrated schedules, milestones, dependencies, and risk registers.
  • Track program progress, identify risks/issues, and drive resolution to keep initiatives on schedule.
  • Analyze technical and project data to measure performance, outcomes, and overall program effectiveness.
  • Ensure clear documentation, reporting, and communication across stakeholders and leadership.
  • Provide executive-level updates and reporting on fleet strategy initiatives and results.
  • Identify and drive process improvements to increase efficiency and consistency across programs.
  • Support development of tools, best practices, and standardized processes across fleet strategy and implementation teams.

Partner with Business Intelligence teams to define reporting needs, dashboards, and data insights.

  • Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes, tools, and initiatives.
