10+ years' experience in construction project management Seasoned background in data center or telecom construction/ builds Strong background in project scheduling, planning, and resourcing Experience managing large scale construction initiatives Well versed in managing project financials- Capex/ Opex and experience managing projects over 50 million dollar budgets Need to have experience managing hundreds or thousands of lines/ activities in project tracking tools Experience with MS Project or Primavera project tracking tool Scheduling/ coordinating with 3rd party vendors (Construction, Power, Low voltage, Engineering, etc.) Prior experience managing teams of at least 30+ direct reports

Job Description
An employer is looking for a Senior Construction Project Manager to sit in New Albany, Ohio. You will primarily be responsible for managing ongoing and new initiatives tied to the client large scale data center build out and construction. You will partner closely with external vendors and internal teams to navigate project scheduling, coordination, budgeting, resourcing, and financials. You will oversee a team of direct reports anywhere from 30-50 people and manage a budget of over $100 million. You will provide oversight for these cutting edge data centers and ensure they are on time, under budget, and the continued strategy is being followed. You will provide process improvement recommendations, review site progress on a daily/ weekly basis and provide status updates to leadership. Additional tasks will include leveraging the scheduling tool to stay ahead of/ track all related activities, QA/ QC activities, oversee related power, safety, fiber, electrical/ mechanical needs, and ensure labor efforts are aligned with the active/ upcoming efforts.
Compensation: $130K-140K with 10% bonus. If you need to relocate, we can reimbursement (5K-8k)
