REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, energy management, or related field.
- Experience managing energy efficiency or infrastructure projects in large facilities portfolios. - Knowledge of performance contracting, energy conservation measures, and clean energy technologies.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is seeking 3 Construction Project Managers (1 to be focused on Energy/Mechanical systems) to support one of our largest customers in Miami-Dade County. This position oversees the planning, implementation, and management of energy efficiency and clean energy capital projects across the district. This role manages performance-based energy projects, renewable energy installations, and energy infrastructure investments designed to reduce energy consumption and operating costs while supporting the district’s long-term sustainability goals. The position works closely with engineering consultants, ESCO partners, and internal departments to deliver energy projects on time and ensure financial and operational accountability. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Energy Performance Contract (ESPC) project delivery by managing district energy infrastructure projects under ESPC and related models, including oversight of ESCO partners and successful implementation of HVAC, lighting, and controls upgrades. - Own measurement, verification, and savings performance Coordinate M&V activities, maintain reporting frameworks, and ensure contracted energy savings and performance targets are documented, tracked, and achieved. - Manage clean energy and electrification project development by leading renewable energy, solar, EV charging, and electrification initiatives, including coordination with utilities on infrastructure and interconnection requirements. - Drive funding, grants, and incentive execution by supporting federally funded and grant-backed projects, ensure compliance and reporting, and evaluate new funding, rebate, and clean energy financing opportunities. - Provide strategic energy procurement and lifecycle planning by evaluating expansion of performance contracting and alternative financing models (e.g., Energy-as-a-Service) while supporting long-term planning for district-wide energy infrastructure investments.
