Project Coordinator
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Project Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting efforts to address ADA compliance issues for approximately 11,000 drop boxes identified as non-compliant. This position involves coordinating relocation or removal projects, engaging property owners, and collaborating with internal teams under strict legal timelines. Key Responsibilities: - Support ADA compliance initiatives for drop boxes across multiple regions. - Execute relocation or removal processes for drop boxes within established timelines. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously, each involving several steps and stakeholders. - Initiate relocation orders and coordinate with internal -teams to update performance metrics. - Track progress and ensure timely completion of tasks. - Locate and communicate with property owners using research tools. - Work closely with legal teams to meet deadlines.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
- Adaptability and quick decision-making in a fast-changing environment.
- Excellent conflict resolution and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools.
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience in compliance, logistics, or operations within a large organization.
- Knowledge of ADA requirements and property management processes.
