The Liquid Cooling Production Supervisor leads daily L10 server and L11 rack testing operations within a high-volume server manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for supervising technicians executing structured system-level validation of liquid-cooled servers and racks and ensuring efficient progression through required test stages. The Supervisor drives execution discipline, manages rack progression through the test flow, and ensures failures are properly contained and escalated. The role ensures systems meet functional, performance, and stability requirements prior to customer shipment.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all test operations, including directing staff, setting daily priorities, managing workflow, and ensuring products are tested according to company standards and Work Instructions.

- Ensure team competency and compliance by providing timely job‑specific and safety training, verifying understanding of Work Instructions, and maintaining accurate testing and training documentation.

- Manage people leadership responsibilities, including hiring, evaluating, disciplining, scheduling, and providing performance feedback while maintaining cooperative working relationships.

- Maintain quality, safety, and regulatory compliance by upholding ISO and Quality System requirements, monitoring performance metrics, enforcing safety rules, and identifying/correcting workplace hazards.

- Drive continuous improvement across testing processes, service lines, and operations while supporting corporate policies and promoting a positive relationship with the community.

Desired Traits:

· 3 to 5 years of experience in server hardware manufacturing, electronics manufacturing, or system-level diagnostic testing.

· Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a production environment.

· Experience with L10 server testing and L11 rack validation processes.

· Strong understanding of server architecture and system-level testing workflows.

· Ability to interpret technical documentation and enforce procedural discipline.

· Experience operating in high-volume production environments with strict throughput requirements.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

· Experience with MES, ERP, QMS, or similar production tracking systems

Plusses:

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Technology, or related field or equivalent industry experience.

· Experience with server firmware environments including BIOS, BMC/IPMI, and firmware validation tools.

· Familiarity with Linux and Windows operating environments used in server testing.

· Experience working with high-density rack systems, power distribution, and system networking.

· Exposure to Lean manufacturing, Kaizen, or Six Sigma methodologies.

· Experience supporting liquid-cooled server environments or high-performance compute infrastructure.

Compensation: $80,000 to $100,000 per year annual salary.
