Environmental Health Safety Specialist

Must Have:

• Experience with construction project safety
• Familiar with: LOTO, Excavations, Fall Protection etc. (Understand 1926 OSHA Guidelines)
• OSHA 30 certification
• Bilingual in Spanish
• First Aid / CPR certification
• Open to working 40+ hours per week (overtime is expected)

Day to Day:

• Field Presence is 90-95% of job - the other 5-10% is daily safety audit documentation uploads
• Identifying hazards and correcting
• Familiar with: LOTO, Excavations, Fall Protection etc. (Understand 1926 OSHA Guidelines)
• Obtaining information if incidents or accidents occur.
• Conducting Safety Meetings
• Conducting Orientations
• Reviewing Daily PTP’s or JHA’s

Compensation:

$30/hr to $37/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
