Environmental Health Safety Specialist
Must Have:
- Experience with construction project safety
- Familiar with: LOTO, Excavations, Fall Protection etc. (Understand 1926 OSHA Guidelines)
- OSHA 30 certification
- Bilingual in Spanish
- First Aid / CPR certification
- Open to working 40+ hours per week (overtime is expected)
Day to Day:
- Field Presence is 90-95% of job - the other 5-10% is daily safety audit documentation uploads
- Identifying hazards and correcting
- Familiar with: LOTO, Excavations, Fall Protection etc. (Understand 1926 OSHA Guidelines)
- Obtaining information if incidents or accidents occur.
- Conducting Safety Meetings
- Conducting Orientations
- Reviewing Daily PTP’s or JHA’s
Compensation:
$30/hr to $37/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
