Project Manager
This role is an Entry-Level Construction Project Manager supporting power distribution and utility construction projects across both field and office environments. The position is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow into a leadership role. You’ll partner with senior project managers, field crews, and utility clients to help ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within scope—while gaining hands-on exposure to planning, field operations, and infrastructure projects. The 4×10 schedule provides a consistent work rhythm with long weekends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Construction Management, Engineering, Industrial Technology, Project Management, or similar)
- Strong interest in power distribution, utilities, or infrastructure construction
- Ability to work a 4×10 schedule and split time between office and field
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in both field and office environments
Nice to Have:
- Internship or field experience in construction, utilities, or engineering
- Familiarity with distribution systems (overhead/underground) or utility standards
- Exposure to project management tools or construction documentation systems
