Project Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Program Manager for Accelerated Supports is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the development and publication of high-quality curricular supports as a co-manager of the Development of Accelerated Supports grant. This role ensures that projects are delivered on schedule and meet the grant's deliverable requirements. The Project Manager serves as a liaison among internal departments, the external partner, and vendors, providing consistent communication, maintaining documentation, and supporting operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all accelerated instructional support projects from initiation to completion.
- Track project tasks, anticipate potential barriers, and implement solutions to maintain momentum and meet deadlines.
- Monitor milestones and deliverables to ensure that 100% of curricular supports are completed by the established timeline.
- Provide weekly project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with grant guidelines and stakeholder specifications.
- Prepare, process, and maintain vendor contracts in accordance with organization policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate financial, contractual, and programmatic documentation to support reporting requirements and organizational accountability.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to optimize workflows.
- Perform job-related duties as needed to support the goals and outcomes of the Accelerated Supports project.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- 3+ years of experience managing large, high-volume projects.
- PMP or similar project management certifications.
- Monday.com or a similar PM tool.
- Bachelor's degree.
This is a contract position through Feb 1st, 2027, with the possibility of extension.
