JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Project Manager

Location: Hybrid in Herndon, VA or Denver, CO

Duration: 12 months w/ possibility for extensions

Overview

We are seeking a highly adaptable Project Manager to support execution across Fiber joint venture (JV) programs. This role is designed for a flexible operator who can shift across workstreams, fill capacity gaps, and provide execution support in a dynamic, evolving program environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide execution support across multiple JV programs , covering both digital and connectivity workstreams
  • Operate without a fixed scope, dynamically adjusting focus based on program priorities and business needs
  • Support the Program Manager by filling capacity gaps and ensuring continuity of execution
  • Coordinate across cross-functional teams to maintain alignment and delivery momentum
  • Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, effectively context-switching based on evolving priorities
  • Contribute to execution planning, tracking, and delivery support as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Experience managing projects in fast-paced, matrixed environments
  • Strong ability to work without a fixed lane and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Proven track record of cross-functional coordination and execution support
  • Excellent communication, organization, and prioritization skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in digital product delivery, systems integrations, or telecom programs
  • Background supporting complex, multi-workstream initiatives
